A native Texan and Vietnam Era Air Force Veteran, I'm proud to call San Antonio home. Through the advice of my Dad, I purchased my first property at 18 and have owned real estate in some form since. I've invested, rehabbed, flipped, bought, and sold over 100 homes in San Antonio and have purchased and sold New Homes which provides continuous value to my buyers. Art exceeded our expectations when representing us. We were on the market selling our land and understood it might take some time to sell. However, Art performed his due diligence and followed up with all potential buyers keeping us informed each step. Art never missed a call from us and always kept us up to date with all changes in the market and in our neighborhood. We were able to sell our land in the Dominion at a price point we were happy with. Art makes you feel like you work slow due to how quickly he handles everything. I couldn’t recommend Art enough to anyone new to town or native San Antonian.

Where do we even begin!!! Art has been the most honorable trustworthy and knowledgeable patient person to do business with art has shown that if he is your realtor he will fight the fight for you we have bought a house sold property and have gotten a rental through him our house had burnt down and Art was there for us every step of the way I’m getting us into a rental then us buying our new home and selling the old property he is the best of the best you don’t come across people like him every day especially when doing business this is the guy you want to represent you Art is the best and has the patience of a saint the countless questions to countless phone calls honestly I could never have put up with our family but he did we were scared and we didn’t know where to turn to an art held our hand the whole way so this review is definitely earned I think people are quick to write reviews when they’re not happy but I think it’s even more important to write a review and take the time when you are very very very happy thank you again Art Meister for taking care of our family when we needed someone there the most

Mr. Art Meister is my Realtor and I am truly thankful to have had him in my corner. As a first time buyer, there are plenty of things that I do not know and so many stressful things that are beyond my control. As a first time buyer starting this process from another state was absolutely terrifying! However Art was in my corner the whole way encouraging, uplifting and keeping me motivated! I couldn’t ask for a better Realtor, I truly couldn’t. He fought for me when I needed him to and he kept it honest and real with me when I was being unrealistic... He didn’t push me to say or do anything that I was even remotely uncomfortable with - I don’t know how to describe it but he tapped into who I was and what I wanted for myself and my children during the first conversation we had together! Every interaction we had was awesome and he kept me educated on things I didn’t even realize I needed to know. I appreciate him SO much! My wife and I were making a huge change in our lives by going into the Air Force. Our goals had changed and we were looking to sell our two homes in the Alamo Ranch area of San Antonio. We did not enjoy the experience we had with our last realtor. There was very little communication. That experience showed us what we would value in our next realtor. We used USAA s realtor services and they gave us a few contacts. Art Meister was one of them. As we went through the interview process most realtors were only focused on the money aspect or "I can sell your house for this much." We were determined to find a realtor to build a relationship with. We valued integrity and communication. Art focused on branding himself as a realtor with integrity and who would focus on "us" as the seller. We decided to go with Art because of those reasons and because he was a fellow Air Force veteran. After our first home went on the market we became very comfortable calling each other. This became essential because we would discuss ways of adding value and exposure to the home. In 18 days we got our first off at full asking price. My wife and I were shocked. Soon after we listed our second home. We knew this home would be a tough sale based on its location and competition. This is were Art shined. He really had to find a way to put us ahead of the competition. We followed his advice by replacing carpet and repainting inside the home. The idea being to make the home look and feel like a new home. Instead of waiting for buyers to come to him he also started networking with fellow realtors to get more interest. In just a short time we got another great offer. This time however the inspection was not as clean as before. Art was able to negotiate with the other realtor that was very favorable. Now that my wife and I are well into our new direction it has been so much easier financially and feel stress free. We now consider Art a friend and will always have that connection. Thank you Art for your hard work, integrity and friendship.
